Happy friYAY!
I was in Barnes and Noble earlier this week to wait for my yoga class and I passed by a display that had all horror books on it and it reminded me that last summer I was very into horror books. Even though I dislike being scared, I was all for Horror last year and some of the books I ended up reading were pretty creepy but not right away (if that makes sense), you kept thinking about the book and it just got scarier and scarier.
I took a yoga class at the Gravity Vault in Brick and I was blown away by the kindness of the instructor and classmates. They were so welcoming and the class was relaxing and really nice. I'm proud that I tried something kinda new and I stepped out of my comfort zone.
Couch to 5k is going. This week is ALL running not walk breaks. That scared me A LOT! I went with the group Monday Night and I was expecting to be by myself with just my podcast, trudging along wanting to stop. BUT alas, Kyle ended up surprising me and Tara ran with us instead of with group B. I love these unexpected moments of happiness and surprise.
I found these three articles that caught my eye this week.
Scammer gets 5 Years /// I remember when this story was originally published and I remember when it came out that they couple scammed this veteran. I couldn't believe how someone could think about that let alone carry it out.
Tre Tre is Married again/ /// The running joke this week was" I thought I had a lot of Bobby pins in my hair for prom!" Iykyk! This was ridiculous and wacky and kinda on par for her. I think she has looked prettier other times. I was not a fan of this look
Internet Memories/// did anyone else read this article and feel super old? I remember 90% of these things and they all made me giggle.
Last night I went with Kyle to the Lady Gaga Concert that was originally scheduled for 2020 but got cancelled then rescheduled for 2021 but got cancelled again and here we are in 2022 seeing her, finally! She put on such an amazing show! High energy and great music and theatrics.
My favorite part- seeing everyone's outfits! So many sequins, neon and sparkles! I wish I could bottle up all the confidence people had! I loved it!
Whew! What a week this was! A nice relaxing weekend is definitely in the books. Hope you enjoy your weekend!
