I am excited to share with you the books I read in October. I didn't read nearly as much as I wanted to and the three books I did read were very different from each other, it was a good month, nonetheless.
Kind is the New Classy: The Power of Living Graciously///Candace Cameron Bure⭐⭐⭐
I love listening to Audiobooks read by the author themselves. This book was easy to listen to and I liked how it felt as if CCB was sitting across from me just talking to me. She made great points and linked a lot of her ideas to teachings found in the Bible. I am excited to read her other books.
Dear Edward///Ann Napolitano⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If there is one thing, I found I really love, its books that bounce back and forth between past and present- painting a whole picture. This book was really captivating. I liked how it spanned many year and show how Edward grew up and dealt with the tragedy from when he was 12. Be sure to have tissues with you, super emotional in the end.
Untamed// Glennon Doyle ⭐⭐
This is going to be an unpopular opinion, but I did not like this book at all. I liked one section of the book- the Keys- but the other parts I dragged myself through them. I skimmed the last 100 pages or so because I could not get into any of the stories she was telling. Maybe I am not in the right season of my life to fully grasp this book. The only saving grace for this book, in my opinion is the beautiful colorful cover.
Welp. That's it. Life got in the way this month and reading took a backseat. I also feel like I fell into a reading rut. I can't find a book that really pulls me in; I guess I miss going to the library and pulling a book off the shelf and reading the inside cover. Now I am just choosing a book from my tablet to read, its nice and convenient but its not the same.
I currently have on my Libby app: Bare Essentials: Naught but Nice\Natuarlly Naughty and the Couple Next Door; maybe one of these books will pull me in.
What are you currently reading?

The Couple Next Door was pretty suspenseful so that might draw you in. I haven't read any on your list but Dear Edward sounds like something I'd enjoy.
